Products & Pricing

Product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount charged.

Product photography is representative. Actual products may vary slightly from images due to the made-to-order nature of our manufacturing, material lot variations, and photography conditions.

Orders & Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Shop Pay. Payment is processed at the time of order placement. For custom and commercial orders exceeding $5,000, we may require a deposit with the balance due upon completion.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to suspected fraud, payment failure, or inability to fulfill the order within a reasonable time. We will notify you promptly and issue a full refund for any cancelled order.

Intellectual Property

All content on coloradotent.com — including text, photography, the CTC logo, product designs, and archival materials — is the property of Colorado Tent Company or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any site content without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Colorado Tent Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim related to a product or order shall not exceed the purchase price of the applicable product.

Canvas tents and outdoor equipment involve inherent risks. Customers are responsible for proper use, setup, and maintenance of all Colorado Tent Company products. We provide setup guidance and care instructions — it is the customer's responsibility to follow them.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denver County, Colorado.
