We have been supplying scouting organizations since the early 1900s, back when Colorado Tent & Awning was the largest canvas goods house in the American West. Why Scout Tents Outlasts the Alternatives

Most tents on the market today are made from synthetic blends — a compromise material that offers some breathability and degrades faster than it should. When the synthetic breaks down under UV exposure, heavy seasonal use, and repeated wet-dry cycles, the tent is done.
